About

OUR MISSION

To unleash creative talent in underserved youth who could otherwise go undiscovered.

THE PROBLEM
Although there is a direct correlation between exposure to the arts and academic achievement, arts education is on the decline. Those who could benefit from arts education the most (non-white youth) are getting it the least. Diversity in creative professions is below average. One-third of teens have a hard time identifying a talent or interest and 1 in 5 say someone has actively discouraged them from pursuing their passions.

OUR SOLUTION
Identify, nurture and promote talent.

Provide exposure and access to commercial creative careers through our
network of mentors, sponsors and donors.

Become a bridge between the underserved high school students and a path to a
creative future.
